KrazyKidzWorld Ltd – Terms & Conditions

1. General Admission & Use

• All children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.

• KrazyKidzWorld Ltd is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff instructions.

• For safety reasons, socks must be worn at all times within the play area.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

2. Health & Safety

• Children who are unwell (including sickness, diarrhoea, or contagious conditions) must not use the facilities.

• Parents/guardians must ensure children use equipment appropriate to their age and ability.

• Any accidents or spillages should be reported to a member of staff immediately.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Party bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time.

• We recommend arriving on time, as sessions may not be extended for late arrivals.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Bookings are non-refundable.

• Cancellations or changes made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion.

• No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• In the unlikely event that KrazyKidzWorld Ltd must cancel a session, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Food & Drink Policy

• No outside food or drink is permitted on the premises.

• This policy is in place to manage allergens, maintain hygiene standards, and support our on-site café.

• The only exception is baby food or items required for medical/dietary needs.

• Any unauthorised food or drink may be removed by staff.

6. Personal Belongings

• Personal items are brought onto the premises at the owner’s risk.

• KrazyKidzWorld Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

7. Photography & Media

• From time to time, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please inform a member of staff if you do not wish to be included.

8. Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, use of the play equipment is at your own risk.

• KrazyKidzWorld Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

9. Changes to Terms

• KrazyKidzWorld Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By entering our premises or making a booking, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
